So this series follows Juliette, a young teenager who was never touched or loved as a child within good reason though seeing as touching Juliette will kill you.
After being tested and send to institutions only to be given up by her parents to be put into an asylum.
264 days she spent in there, while the world around her fell apart by the take over of the reestablishment.
When a boy from her past walks into her cell and changes everything. The only boy, Adam, who she might have called a friend all those years ago.
She is removed from the asylum only to be broken further in training to be the reestablishment's weapon by non other then the Supreme's son Warner.
Through all three books you watch as Juliette transforms from a terrified young girl who doesn't want to hurt anyone, to the leader of a revolution. Falling in love with two men, making friends and allies as well as enemies, this series is a fast paced and exciting read.

In my honest opinion though, I only really loved the last book. The first two Juliette was hard to like, too much whining and crying "poor me". But when she finally got her shit together, got her powers, life, and relationships under control in the very last book, I loved it.
